The system using non-contact measuring technique, using machine vision technology and control technology of computer to measure the relative height of the glass level. The system is simple, no mechanical part, simple camera cover. The system output two channels signal (4MA～20MA), one channel signal is control signal to the motor controller of batch feeder, change the flow of batch feeding to get the ideal height of glass level; another channel signal is height signal of glass level to DCS system. Keep historic data of the glass plate width to analyse productive process. The system have automatic function and manual function and it can be arbitrarily choose.
